New apps (and a treasure trove of other stuff)
This is a pretty awesome article on LifeHacker which outlines the key hardware, software, accessories and even tricks (from the best way to tie a shoe lace to eating crisps with chopsticks). It’s a veritable treasure trove of just about anything that will make your life better and I blame it entirely for the following new apps I’ve just purchased:
Wunderlist task manager
Captio easy note-sender
Skitch easy screen grab, editor and sharer
Flux artificial light sensor
I’m also rooting to get a standing work environment. I just need some milk crates and a thick skin to fend off the odd looks I receive from my coworkers.
Finally, today I also doled out £6 for Sparrow (due to another tweet, not this article). It’s awesome, but that’s another post.
